Here are your options:

-You have a choice of placing the order online and pick up in-store yourself after we notify you the item you ordered arrived at our store and ready for pick up.  

-We charge a flat rate to have the order ship to your place home or business base on the order total before taxes. Rates are valid within 10 miles from zip code 95128.  If you live over 10 miles, please contact us for shipping rates.

Delivery rates does not include set up or installation but is available and rates depends on the items and how long it will take to set up.

  • minimum delivery $95 & up - delivery inside and up to 1 flight of stairs. Additional charges for going 2 or more flight of stairs, please give advance notice if this is necessary for the delivery team to prepare enough people for special delivery. 
  • Because we do not know how your home layout is, please make sure the items you ordered will fit thru your entrance, stairs, hallway, and to which ever area we need to pass thru for the delivery. We are not responsible if it doesn't fit so, please contact us for information on the product if you have any questions to avoid any possible issues.

     Shipping charges are non-refundable, and 25% restocking charge will be deducted from balance in the event you wanted to return merchandise or refuse delivery not related to damage or not an error on our part. You are responsible for both ways shipping even we offered free delivery, there are traveling expenses and labor provided to do the original delivery.   For oversized item that can be handled by 2-person team and you live within 30 miles & need us to pick up your return, there will be charge minimum of $150 each way for a 2-person team to pickup & up return locally. Long distance out of the 30 miles radius will be quoted based on travel distance, and how big and how much manpower needed to do the job. If you don't agree with the fee, then you can bring the item back to us and must be wrapped up properly and in original packing. We will inspect the item upon return and if we find it used and/or damaged or not in original packaging, we have the right to refuse the returns or will give partial credit base on the conditions when we received it back.  Our manufacture does not accept item(s) that has been assembled or used or in un-sealable packaging. 

    In the event after the merchandise is delivered and in good condition and you need to submit a warranty and/or defective claim with the warranty period set by the manufacturer, the merchandise must be brought back to us and we will ship it back to the vendor for inspections and they handle the warranty and at their sole discretions & make all the warranty coverage decision to replace parts and/or send a replacement piece. Manufacturer/vendors does not cover picking up furniture from your home or re-deliver them back to you for the defective furniture claim process. After the vendor receive the defective furniture back, they will inspect it and notify us if it's cover under their warranty.   If you can't bring it to us and need us to pick up the merchandise at your home, we can provide this service for additional charge to cover traveling and labor expenses. If that item is no longer available, then the vendor, at their discretion, will issue merchandise credit. No credit card refund or cash back. 

    Upholstered items like sofas and sectional made by these factories have a third-party company with professional technician that would come to your home to inspect any warranty related issues and cover by manufacture's defective warranty according to their terms & conditions policy by those factories. Natuzzi, Estro Milano, Innova Divani, Tonin Casa, Kelvin Giormani, Planum furniture, New Trend Concept, Novaluna, Moroni, Nicoletti Home, Alpa Salotti. All of these manufactories will determine the claim if the issues falls under warranty coverage, then they will pay for the labor and repair of the items to bring to factory's standard and if it's not repairable, then they will determined if a new replacement piece will be made. At no time for any special order piece(s) can be canceled or returned to the factory but must go through the warranty claim and allow their technicians to repair or replace parts under warranty.  We cannot take back the piece just because you decided not to allow the factory to send technician to work on the issues with your sofas.  We will do our best and help you to get the claim process and follow the factory's guideline to get the issues resolved. However, we cannot override any factory's decisions of what to cover or not to cover and solely abide by their policy & decisions regarding manufacturer's warranty when purchasing from each factory.
