Shipping charge is not included and we will contact you for your approval of shipping charge prior to completing the order processing.

Here are your options:

-You have a choice of placing the order online or in-store  and pick up yourself when the item you ordered arrived at our store.

-We charge a flat rate to have the order ship to your place home or business base on the order total before taxes. Rates are valid within 10 miles from zip code 95128.  If you live over 10 miles, please contact us for shipping rates.

Delivery rates does not include set up or installation but is available and rates depends on the items and how long it will takes to set up.

  • minimum delivery  $50 & up - delivery inside and up to 1 flight of stairs.
  • Because we do not know how your home layout is, please make sure the items you ordered will fit thru your entrance, stairs, hallway, and to which ever area we need to pass thru for the delivery. We are not responsible if it doesn't fit so please contact us for information on the product if you have any questions to avoid any possible issues.

     Shipping charges are non-refundable and 25% restocking charge will be deducted from balance in the event you wanted to return merchandise or refuse delivery not related to damage or not an error on our part. Our manufacture does not accept item(s) that has been assembled or used or in unsealable packaging. 

    In the event after the merchandise is delivered and in good condition and you need to submit a warranty and/or defective claim with the warranty period set by the manufacturer, the merchandise must be brought back to us and we will ship it back to the vendor for inspections. Manufacturer/vendors does not cover picking up furniture from your home or re-deliver them back to you for the defective furniture claim process. After the vendor receive the defective furniture back, they will inspect it and notify us if your furniture is under warranty or not.  If you can't bring it to us and need us to pick up the merchandise at your home, we can provide this service for additional charge. If that item is no longer available, then the vendor, at their discretion, will issue merchandise credit. No credit card refund or cash back.
