Certain areas with difficulty delivery will incur extra charges.  We'll notify you ahead of time before processing your order to ship.  

White Gloves delivery & assembly not included - extra upcharges for this service. Certain areas will not have this options.  

Here are your options:

-You have a choice of placing the order online and pick up in-store yourself after we notify you the item you ordered arrived at our store and ready for pick up.  

-We charge a flat rate to have the order ship to your place home or business base on the order total before taxes. Rates are valid within 10 miles from zip code 95128.  If you live over 10 miles, please contact us for shipping rates.

Delivery rates does not include set up or installation but is available and rates depends on the items and how long it will take to set up.

  • minimum delivery $95 & up - delivery inside and up to 1 flight of stairs. Additional charges for going 2 or more flight of stairs, please give advance notice if this is necessary for the delivery team to prepare enough people for special delivery. 
  • Because we do not know how your home layout is, please make sure the items you ordered will fit thru your entrance, stairs, hallway, and to which ever area we need to pass thru for the delivery. We are not responsible if it doesn't fit so please contact us for information on the product if you have any questions to avoid any possible issues.

     Shipping charges are non-refundable, and 25% restocking charge will be deducted from balance in the event you wanted to return merchandise or refuse delivery not related to damage or not an error on our part. Our manufacture does not accept item(s) that has been assembled or used or in un-sealable packaging. 

    In the event after the merchandise is delivered and in good condition and you need to submit a warranty and/or defective claim with the warranty period set by the manufacturer, the merchandise must be brought back to us and we will ship it back to the vendor for inspections. Manufacturer/vendors does not cover picking up furniture from your home or re-deliver them back to you for the defective furniture claim process. After the vendor receive the defective furniture back, they will inspect it and notify us if your furniture is under warranty or not.  If you can't bring it to us and need us to pick up the merchandise at your home, we can provide this service for additional charge. If that item is no longer available, then the vendor, at their discretion, will issue merchandise credit. No credit card refund or cash back. 

    Upholstered items like sofas and sectional made by these factories have a third-party company with professional technician that would come to your home to inspect any warranty related issues and cover by manufacture's defective warranty according to their terms & conditions policy by those factories. Natuzzi, Estro Milano, Innova Divani, Tonin Casa, Kelvin Giormani, Planum furniture, New Trend Concept, Novaluna, Moroni, Nicoletti Home, Alpa Salotti. All of these manufactories will determine and if falls under warranty, they will pay for the labor and repair of the items to bring to factory's standard. We will help you during the process to get the claim process and follow the factory's guideline to get the issues resolved.
